·         COFEPRIS

The Federal Commission for Protection against Health Risks (COFEPRIS) regulates cosmetics in Mexico to ensure product safety and quality, and to protect consumer health. 

·         CANIPEC

The Cámara Nacional de la Industria de Productos Cosméticos and the Asociación Nacional de la Industria de Productos del Cuidado Personal y del Hogar A.C. are both part of CANIPEC. CANIPEC represents the main companies that produce and distribute cosmetics in Mexico.
